Indifferent
I must admit that no matter how trained I am at recognizing a potential scene and quickly reaching for my camera, sometimes I’m just not quick enough to photograph before being noticed. Now what?
The story: After being noticed which often produces a change in the scene as people either chose to pose for the camera or move away from it, I often decide to put my camera away.
In this case, however, my chosen subjects quickly lost any interest in me and went back to their cigarettes.

well may i say, i reckon your subjects here must've felt comfortable around you...
it's a smoked out pic mate! :)

Nitsa:
"Indifferent" is, by far, the better of your last two offerings. The mugs on the street were good, but somehow resembled a clothing ad. The framing and design were impeccable and the exposure was great. The guys would love copies, I'm sure.
I know sometimes the camera brings out the mug in us all. I guess I just prefer the natural "Indifferent" because it looks real and, obviously, you were grabbing the shot before it got lost in the being noticed again.

Ah, the mighty power of the cigarette, and in this case it was to your advantage. I like the composition especially in this image. Lots to see, and lots to study, and thats what I love about your images.

I like the strange profile of the smoker. A very mysterious looking denizen of the streets.
