train station
Something I wrote a million years ago:
A journey with clouds
She’s putting that old blurry picture
On the shelf
Regretting it will never get any sharper.
She's leaving now.
She's living now.
She’s taking the nowhere train...
. . . .
Ok, it goes on (and on) but then it really goes nowhere :)
Downtown Los Angeles

Awesome processing on the photo. I love how "Los Angeles" repeats on the signs, gets smaller, and eventually fades away

wonderful post processing on this one to make it look old and battered... just like commuting can make you feel sometimes.

sometimes when i stand waiting for the train, i close my eyes and hold my shoulders back and wait for the train to come rushing by and try to focus everyone else out ot the picture (in my head). i love those kinds of moments that you can call your own. i love your poetry to go with this one...sometimes you've gotta take the nowhere train, to find somewhere and tomorrow and forever.

Train stations are curiously filled with grainy stories, and your contrast, point of view, processing, composition, and timing tell the tales. The posture and expressions of the people in this photo are all compelling chapters. Great stuff.
