Licensing information:

The licensed version of the photo grants you access to the full-size digital file.
These files range from 640X480 pixels and up to 3200x2400 pixels.
These are high-resolution photographs that allow printing of 4x6" and up to 20x30" photos.
These images are perfect for use in brochures, web sites, advertisements, backgrounds, multimedia projects etc.

The licensed photos which are available through downloading over the Net or by email, or on a CD,
are for one-time use. "One time use" is defined as use in a single production or publication.
Any later or different use including subsequent editions, reprints, or any other reproduction
by phtography or electronice means constitutes reuse.
Permission must be separately negotiated for reuse and may require additional fees.

No other rights are granted except as specifically provided in this Agreement.
All rights to the Digital Photos are owned by Nitsa @ nonphotography.com.
Nitsa retain all rights not expressly granted by this agreement.
The Digital Photos are licensed only to You. The copyright to the Digital Photos are owned by Nitsa.




Acceptable use allows the following:

The use of Nitsa's digital files in web sites (commercial or otherwise), advertising,
promotional material, presentations, broadcast television and multimedia content.
File use includes commercial items such as product packaging, product brochures and any type of promotional material.

You can provide Nitsa's digital file to your printer or other 3rd party for the purposes of printing or production of materials.




It is not acceptable to:

Sell to, make a copy for, or charge a client or 3rd party for Nitsa's digital file download.

Generate revenue directly from the use or sale of Nitsa's digital files.
For example, digital files purchased from Nitsa cannot be used to create items
where the digital file is the primary feature or the compelling reason for the sale of the product.

Repackage and/or resell digital files in the form of clip art, digital stock photography or print photography archives,
or any other inclusion of recordable media.

You may Not modify, transform, or alter Nitsa's digital files in any way. This information is subject to change without notice.

Use (or allow anyone else to use) any of the digital files from Nitsa in any form of fraudulent,
pornographic, defamatory, immoral, infringing or illegal material, the determination of
which is left to the sole discretion of Nitsa.

Nitsa maintains rights on the image and therefore acceptable use of the licensed image is required.
The license is not a sale. Title and copyrights remain with Nitsa.
Nitsa is not liable for anything resulting from your use of the photo.
